What is an ePortfolio?

ePortfolio, is used for storing, organizing, and sharing items that you have gathered throughout your college classes and life experiences.  Keeping an ePortfolio can be helpful when you want share your work and experiences with your classmates, instructors or potential employers.  It is something you could add to your resume when applying for jobs.  An ePortfolio can replace paper-based collections of your work.

Things you can include in your ePortfolio may be photographs, documents, graphics, audio files, videos, presentations, and course work.  You get to decide what to include in your portfolio and who you want to share it with.

An ePortfolio may be used by instructors as a tool for class assignments, and some require you to maintain an ePortfolio throughout your academic career.
