To gain access to physical materials, if you live near a UW campus (that includes any of the 26 University of Wisconsin campuses), you can have library materials delivered to that library for pickup. Please remember to bring a photo ID, like a drivers license. Users wanting to pickup materials in Madison, should have them delivered to the Memorial Library.
If you do not live near a UW campus you can arrange to have your library materials delivered by mail to your home, you just need to return the items to a UW Campus library or pay to mail them back to us. Contact our Online Support Librarian, Missy Motl for assistance in setting up delivery of library materials. She can be reached toll free at (877) 861-6203 or via email at email@example.com.
Any one of our librarians would be happy to assist you with research questions. You can contact us via online chat on the right or to contact a specfic librarian, consult our directory at http://uwc.edu/library/contact-us
If you need technical help with any of the library resources or systems, please contact the Library Support Services Office at (920) 929-1300 or email us at LibraryHelpDesk@uwc.edu.
If you have questions outside the library, here are a few helpful contacts specifically for the Flex Degree Program. For student services, there is a student resources section listed on the flex website http://flex.wisconsin.edu/student-success/. Students should be directed to their Academic Success Coach. If you are not sure who your ASC is, we have a general inbox firstname.lastname@example.org, which will be routed to the correct Coach.
