Searching Wisdom

Welcome to the Library Guide for English 102 taught by Ben Strieter!

In here you will find information about the searching process.  In class we'll focus on working with topics to prepare to search, then go over how to select a database and how to retrieve the results you need for class.

Through it all, our focus will be on how you can control the flow of information coming to you.

This can be an iterative process.  According to Merriam-Webster, an iterative process is one "in which repetition of a sequence of operations yields results successively closer to a desired result."

If you're willing to work with the search process, you will be successful.  For more information, go to the tabs, "Narrowing your topic" and "Searching."
